These Terms of Service govern use of lingkub.com and purchases from LING KUB, operated by Guangzhou Huate Leather Co., LTD. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from the site.

Store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, misuse another person's information, submit malicious code, or violate intellectual-property or other legal rights.

Product information

We work to present product colors, dimensions, materials, and features accurately. Screen settings can affect color, and hand measurements may vary slightly. Product availability can change without notice.

Prices and payments

Prices and available currencies appear on the site. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, discounts, and the final payable total are shown at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment method selected by the customer.

Orders

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. LING KUB may refuse or cancel an order because of inventory, payment, pricing, fraud, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate issues. If a canceled order has been charged, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
