A clear sampling process reduces risk before bulk production. We align the brief, confidentiality, construction, materials and approval standard before a project moves forward.
1. NDA before confidential files
If your design, tech pack or commercial information is confidential, tell us before sending it. We can review and agree an NDA workflow before receiving protected project files.
2. Build a complete development brief
- Product category and intended use
- Dimensions, construction and pocket layout
- Reference sample, sketch or technical pack
- Preferred materials, trims, hardware and color
- Logo method, label and packaging requirements
- Target quantity, market, cost range and delivery window
3. Confirm feasibility and sample terms
We review materials and construction, identify missing information, and confirm sample cost, payment terms and expected timing. A 7-day sampling cycle is our planning target after all specifications and materials are confirmed; complex development or special materials may require more time.
4. Review and approve
The sample is checked against the confirmed brief. Feedback should be consolidated into one revision list covering construction, dimensions, material, color, hardware, logo and workmanship. Bulk production begins only after the approval standard and commercial terms are confirmed.
