Materials, construction, finishing and packing.
1. Order confirmation
We confirm the approved sample, specification sheet, colors, quantities, logo method, packaging, price, payment terms and required delivery window before production is scheduled.
2. Materials and pre-production
Fabric, lining, webbing, zippers, hardware, labels and packaging are prepared according to the confirmed bill of materials. Color and material availability may affect the final schedule.
3. Production and quality control

4. Packing and delivery coordination
Individual packing, labels, cartons and shipping marks follow the confirmed instructions. Incoterms, destination, freight method, export documents and delivery handover are agreed for each order before shipment.
Around 30 days is a typical target after sample approval and order confirmation. Large quantities, complex construction, special materials, peak periods or testing requirements can change the schedule.
What buyers should confirm early
Final quantity by color, required test or compliance standards, destination, packaging, labeling, shipping method, target arrival date and any retailer-specific requirements.
