Shipping Policy

LING KUB ships eligible orders from Guangzhou, China. The destinations, shipping rate, estimated delivery window, and any taxes collected are shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. High-volume periods may require additional time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Free standard shipping is offered on eligible United States orders of US$49 or more when the offer is displayed at checkout.
For other orders, the available carrier, shipping charge, and estimated delivery window appear at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather, or address issues can cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, LING KUB sends the tracking number to the email used for the order. Tracking can take several days to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The checkout page states whether taxes or duties are collected with the order. If checkout does not state that import charges are included, the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by the destination country.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number so we can review the carrier record.
